Lastly, systems and features have been added and altered to make modding more accessible. The update also comes with bug fixes, graphical enhancements, and performance improvements. The single-player and multiplayer have both been balanced. Additionally, the target acquisition logic has also been improved it now considers speed and grouping, making motionless targets more vulnerable. The new tactical options make it so each type of ship behaves differently. The new ballistic flight behavior improves combat's feel and look, and rounds can now be overshot and hit unintended targets if they're in tight groups. They're more flexible, smarter, and reactive to the ships assigned to them now. The revamped Formations logic gives players more control over their ships.
